I am a Research Fellow and Research Coordinator for Investing in Women program (funded by DFAT) at the Australian National University, Australia. I received my bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics from Nagoya University, Japan.Â
My research focuses on labour market inequalities, using econometric methods to understand three fundamental questions:
Who face(s) inequality?
Why do these disparities arise?
How can research inform policies to improve outcomes and foster more inclusive economies?
Prior to commencing my PhD studies, I worked as a Strategy and Operations Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia and as an IT Business Analyst at FPT Software in Vietnam.
